I am an experienced, enthusiastic top producer who is looking to bring on one special candidate to work very closely with me in growing my business and yours. I will work one on one with you to create a business plan that is unshakeable and profitable in any market.
I will train you in marketing, interviewing, qualifying clients and tell you exactly which buildings/landlords to focus on and why. I have an encyclopedic knowledge of Manhattan properties and want to share them with you. I have a steady stream of clients/landlords that you will work with. I will create an action plan so that you know exactly what you are doing every day and why. You will literally save hundreds of hours of wasted time by utilizing these techniques. You will be on my TEAM. All of my thousands of contacts and clients automatically become “ours.”
That is my promise to you.
This is what you will do for me. You will be a marketing genius at heart. You will know how to write copy that jumps up and bites people in the ass! You will be extremely computer literate. You will be an expert Microsoft Office. You will be wired in to social networking sites like Facebook and Twitter. I need you to produce newsletters, update constant contact, contact clients. A real bonus would be that you have some movie making/production background. (Ask me about this when we talk-I can’t sleep I am so excited about this one!) You will spend four hours a day in the office and four hours in the field-showing client’s apartments and previewing property. You will be building your business from day one.
Real estate has traditionally been an extremely unfocused and unstructured, that is why it is imperative that you have structure and focus from day one. Don’t waste your time with landlords /clients/brokers that will never put money in your pocket. Time is your most important asset-you can’t afford to waste it.
